|Recommended: YesMaintenance — I’d like to give a shout out to Thomas Pitts. He always does a great job when coming to fix something and does it in a timely manner. He makes sure it is good to go every time.

|Recommended: YesSo Far It’s Going Good — The office staff are very pleasant and cooperative. Neighbors in my building are pleasant. Not the best layout for moving into the back apartments.

|Recommended: NoAbout The Payment — They give you a price before signing after the price changes, they say no additional fees, but each time they say that you have to reimburse them for the use of water more than 60 each month, that's not serious.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely A Thumbs Up — I have been living here for over five years, and I absolutely love the new maintenance that we have taken up, as well as the new property manager and her assistant. These people are all wonderful and caring people. If I have a problem, or if there is an issue, it always gets solved or taken care of immediately and that goes for maintenance as well. With this amazing team you all have put together Flats on 7th will now GROW SUCCEED.

|Recommended: YesMoved in about a year ago. We were recently notified, we lost our maintenance crew. The ladies in the office followed up with us daily to ensure we had not been forgotten and they had a contractor out within a couple of days. Seems like everyone is short staffed lately but this office staff went above and beyond to get us taken care of. The new manager takes care of business the complex is so much better. Our building is now actually smoke free.
