|Recommended: YesNew Resident — I just moved to the Flats on 7th a couple of weeks ago. The staff are wonderful, maintenance is fantastic. I do wish that visitors had more spaces to park. Overall I am enjoying living here and would recommend folks check it out if they are trying to move to the area.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance — I have only lived here a very short time. I am so happy so far. I call for maintenance and they respond so quickly and fix the problem within 24hours. The guys are so nice. Olivia the manager is very helpfull. Here’s to a great year

|Recommended: YesNo Complaints Here — We from our state so moving with no family or friends was pretty difficult for my daughter to not have her cousins to play with but after getting settle in. This apartments are very family friendly, that’s lots of kids and my daughter always has some to play with. Neighbors are nice, parents are nice, and I feel pretty safe here specially with the police being right across. Maintenance usually takes care of problems with in the same or next day you put in your request.

|Recommended: YesGreat — It is a great area to live in. The community is nice and pet-friendly. The move-in process was smooth and questions were answered in a timely manner I wish there was more visitor space for friends family to come over, but overall it is a nice area to stay in. No regrets.
