|Recommended: YesCozy And Friendly — It is a cozy living place and pet-friendly community We have a pool and a gym for our convenience I mean we are living right in front of the public library, so if you enjoy reading this is an amazing place to stay Mathew was in charge of our moving process and it was super smooth We were also welcomed with a goodie bag which was sweet of them Thank you for easing our transition for us, Flats on 7th Stay awesome

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Beautiful — Me and my girlfriend have been looking for a apartment to move into for quite some time and never had luck hearing back from the complexes, The first call we made to the flats on 7th we got a immediate answer Matthew was such a great help with are tour and was super helpful with answering all of are questions. The apartment itself is perfect for us, we love how open the apartment is and how big the patio is

|Recommended: NoRegular — A few weeks ago the Unlimited Recovery company took my vehicle even with the parking permit allowed, they left it in front of the office after having made the pertinent investigations and having called the police department. When inspecting the vehicle, I found that the engine protector shied was missing and it had some scratches ..... to this day no one has been responsible for this, that company is the worst ... this makes this unit of apartments not the best place to live

I would like the fitness room hours to change and be open until about 9pm so that I can workout and be open on the weekends .my neighbor upstair over my apartment is extremely loud and walks or slam things hard on the floor all day and late nights sounds like banging and jumping around or something. But I don’t know what can be done about that.
Olivia and Craig are very nice and now there is another maintenance guy that helps Craig out and so far he has given me service once and he was very polite and work quickly... not to talkative just came in and fix the problem and left he his not to personable.... I guess I’m just use to Craig humorous personality. I really wish something could be done about those big black vultures.... they be all in the way and I saw a lot of them near the pool today. Overall so far it’s a nice place to stay... and I will continue to give updates.
Hi Ms. Jackson, We are very happy to hear you are pleased with our staff. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we had to make some adjustments to our gym policy. At this time, our number one priority is the health and safety of our tenants.
|Recommended: YesThis Property Is One Of The Better Ones Out There. — Its clean, friendly staff, and quiet for the majority. Some neighbors make noise and smoke in there buildings but over all its nice and friendly.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Very Well Maintained — The staff is very professional to include maintenance. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Overall the apartment has been pretty amazing in it's self. The price is amazing and the amenities are totally worth it. The internet is very high speed, cable is great, and the washer and dryer are good too. The location of the apartment is very convenient to everything including downtown Raleigh.. Don't over look this apartment complex it will be a mistake.
